SPECTRAL DATA OF HYDRINOS FROM THE DARK INTERSTELLAR MEDIUM AND Spectral Data of Hydrinos, Dihydrinos, and HYDRINO HYDRIDE IONS from the Sun
Randell L. Mills BlackLight Power, Inc. 493 Edinburg Road
East Windsor, NJ 08512The detection of atomic hydrogen in fractional quantum energy levels below the traditional "ground" state-hydrinos-is reported by the assignment of soft x-ray emissions from the interstellar medium, the Sun, and stellar flares, and by assignment of certain lines obtained by the far-infrared absolute spectrometer (FIRAS) on the Cosmic Background Explorer. The detection of a new molecular species-the diatomic hydrino molecule-is reported by the assignment of certain infrared line emissions from the Sun. The detection of a new hydride species-hydrino hydride ion-is reported by the assignment of certain soft X-ray, ultraviolet (UV), and visible emissions from the Sun.

Download Acrobat Reader 3.0 In order to view these pages, you must have the latest version of the "PDFViewer" plug-in. You can download it FREE, from Adobe's site. You must use version 3.0 of the Acrobat Reader Package. Then move PDFViewer into your Browser Plug-In Folder. The pdf files should open in your browser window. With Netscape you may have to set up Acrobat Reader to handle pdf files with the plug-in. Options -> General Preferences -> Helpers.
All pdf files are graphic intensive and large. (That's why we went with the pdf format.) An effort is being made to stream the files so viewing can take place while the file downloads.
If you are having difficulty configuring your system, check with Adobe's site to get help, or email the webmaster.
